New Management Structure at the Island's Tech Company: Introducing Richard Burke.

Richard has over 30 years of experience in the IT Industry ranging from Engineer, IT Manager, Project and Programme Manager, Consultant and Security and Business Solutions Architect . He has managed to IT Service Companies in NZ, Gen-i Corporate and TTS / Edtech, and in each case has greatly improved their customer satisfaction, staff retention, public image and company profits through his introduction, promulgation and staff mentoring of recognised international industry standards such as TOGAF (Architecture framework), ITIL (Service Management framework) and PRINCE 2 (project management). Over the coming months he will apply these frameworks and management structures into the company with the intention of improving things for our customers and assisting us to expand our services across the island.
